I estimate there are about 10 different ice cream trucks that drive in a constant yet strategic route around my neighborhood. I swear they play the same songs over and over…they must all buy the same cd from an Ice Cream Truck Manufacturing Music Company. I was just about to go crazy with the monotonous tracks… when I heard a delightful new ice cream music song today. It was playing, The battle hymn of Republic… Glory Glory Hallelujah. Seriously I love this song, but it was even better that the ice cream man/woman was blasting it.

Here’s my favorite line: “He has sounded forth the trumpet that shall never call retreat!”

I chose this as my fav’ because of the passion and fire in which this was produced. The word inflection is perfect and each syllable hits the air with power and conviction. What a breathtaking way to hear the bible.
